Submit Absent Note

If your child is absent due to illness, doctor’s appointments, etc., please notify the school in writing as to why the absence has occurred, and include doctor notes when applicable.  You have 3 days to turn in notes to the attendance office.

Notes can be dropped off in-person in the attendance office.
