Hello! I'm Joseph Pillar, and I am honored to serve as Principal. The best part of my job is creating opportunities for students to experience success and reach their full potential.
I chose a career in education because I enjoy helping others and was encouraged by my mother to pursue a profession where I could make a positive impact. My goal is for every student to graduate with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in whatever path they choose.
One piece of advice I share with students is: "Don't look forward to future times, live in the here and now." Focus on today's opportunities, give your best effort, and success will follow.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, hiking, and participating in sports.
I am proud to be a part of this school community and look forward to helping our students learn, grow, and succeed.

Hello! I'm Stephanie Wilcox, Associate Principal at Ball High School. I love helping students reach graduation and achieve their goals.
My passion for education began when I volunteered in a kindergarten classroom as a high school student. That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a difference in students' lives.
I encourage students to believe in themselves, work hard, and never be afraid to ask for help. My goal is for every student to graduate prepared and confident for whatever path comes next.
Outside of school, I enjoy traveling and bird watching.

Hello! I'm Sarah Mills. I chose a career in education because I've always enjoyed helping others and working with children.
My goal is to help students leave high school emotionally, socially, and academically prepared to make positive life choices. I encourage students to learn from their mistakes, take responsibility for their actions, and continue growing from every experience.
A fun fact about me is that I am a licensed therapist, which has given me valuable insight into supporting students and their success.

Hello! I'm Heather Canak, Assistant Principal at Ball High School and a proud Ball High alumna. I love building relationships with students, supporting our teachers, and helping create a positive school culture where everyone can thrive.
I've always loved learning and helping others, which led me to a career in education. My goal is to help students grow into confident, successful adults who recognize their strengths and are prepared for life after high school.
The advice I share most often is simple: Do the right thing, even when no one is looking. Make choices that support your goals and future.
A fun fact about me is that I'm a fourth-generation Islander and part of a family with deep roots at Ball High School.
